Now Rebuilding
As most of you already know, my Team Rolling Power program suffered a great setback when I came down with some serious and sudden health issues back in December. I spent Jan, Feb, and March undergoing several surgery's, and in a fight for life. During my recovery time in April I had a hard time accepting the fact that I had let down so many people that had put their trust in me. For those of you that know me, you also know that I can not live with that kind of guilt. My heart is now working fine and I have one more surgery coming up in a few weeks on my other leg. Compared to what I have been through, it will be a piece of cake and I will only miss a few days from my computer.
Many of you are still involved with and working your Team Rolling Power programs. I am now in the process of rebuilding that program under a new name and helping each of you build your business. I will keep you all informed on how to switch over to the new program. I look forward to working with everyone again. The team should be up and running within a couple of weeks. If you are still in greenwiz and or cook-in-fun stay active in them as these two programs will really start growing.
There are no words that I know of that could come close to expressing how bad I feel about what happened. I do know that I am taking what is left of the team and moving on. For those of you that have stuck with me through all of this, I am more determined than ever to help you find your success with you Internet business!
Until our new website is up and running, please check this blog each day for updates.
Have a great day and thank you for sticking with me.

Workfor3d Program
I hope everyone has been busy working your business. Just a couple of reminders today to make sure everyone understands a couple of things.
First, please understand that our new entry program at workfor3d is both a team build and an individual build. Although new members will receive a link to join under the team right after they sign up, many will want to wait. Many will have to fund their alert pay account first. As their sponsor, after you have sent them their welcome letter with your Greenwiz link in it, ask them about our entry program. Give them some information on it, with your workfor3d link in it, incase they want to join if they have not already.
Now, this is very, very important. Do not try and push them into this program. Let them know that it is much more important for them to secure their paid position in Greenwiz, our base program! The sooner they can get into Greenwiz the better position they will have on the Flip and Roll Team. If they have limited funds, they need to join Greenwiz first, under your link. They can join the entry program later.
You may even want to pre-purchase some positions at workfor3d and let your new member know that when they join Greenwiz (through your link) you will pay their position in workfor3d. You talk about starting a good relationship and gaining the trust of your down-line. What better way to let them know that you care about their success. You can pre-purchase positions at workfor3d by going to your WF3D member center and clicking on the promote WF3D link and scroll down to the benefactor program.
You may also advertise your WF3Dsales page if you want to. Just make sure that 90% of your advertising is directed to your TRP sales page.
The other thing I want to make sure everyone understands, is your roll programs. You should never, never, never use your sales links to the roll programs. Right now the only roll program link would be your cookin-fun link. Please do not bring people in using your link!!!
You will not only strand that person, but you will strand your entire team until the system catches up with you. Just as you all trust me, this is where I trust you. The roll programs are all 100% team builds and the links to join must come through TRP. We manually give these links out to "Avoid Creating Any Dead Legs"
One final thing for today. Please inform your teams, and each new member, to check this member center each day as I am goingto really try and post updates and information every day or so. That's all I have right now so everyone find an hour somewhere today to work your advertising and your Business.
Enjoy your day
Jim
A quick welcome to our new membersthat have joined our team this weekend.
The switch over to our new entry program yesterday seems to be going very well. I have received many emails yesterday asking if we should upgrade in that program. Here are my thoughts on that:
If you are not tight on money, yes, upgrade because all of your commissions will be doubled. You can also set your pay out higher and save money on the pay out fees.
If you are tight on money, no, do not upgrade. Wait awhile until you are making money in our base program at Greenwiz. It is more important for you to save enough money to pay your Greenwiz fees until you start making more money in that program.
If you are so-so with money, no, do not upgrade.
You would be better off purchasing another position and between the two positions you would be making twice as much. Just never lose sight of the big picture. Make sure to save enough money for the roll programs....that's where your future lies!
I also have more plans for the wfor3d program in the very near future that I will let you know about in a broadcast email in a few days.
I also wanted to let everyone know that I have restarted the step by step email program for those that got cut off before. I started them at lesson #3, so some of you may have already read the first one before.
There is alot of excitement in the team right now, with alot of new members joining, so lets everyone work our business as a team and
.....advertise advertise...advertise.....
Thanks team, and I will be back tomorrow

TRP update
Update: Monday 8/11/08
I hope everyone had a great weekend.
Just to let you know, we are all set for the roll at this end. Everything looks great from our end and we could start rolling today if we had the numbers. We really need to roll within the next two weeks for a couple of reasons.
First and most important, we want to start making money as quickly as we can. Once we roll, your monthly income will start to increase each and every month. It is very important for you to understand that everyone reading this update will be at the very top of out first matrix. Because of the way we are loading this matrix, any new members joining within the next month or two will also be at the top even though they will be under you.
The second reason has to do with timing. The months of July and August tend to be the slowest months of the year for Internet Marketing. If we can roll within the next two weeks, it will bring an added excitement to our program. We will have the Internet plastered with the Team Rolling Power sales page as everyone returns to the Internet looking to earn extra money. We will truly have a work in progess to help these people attain their goals of success.
If you are one of the many hundreds of TRP members that have not yet joined Greenwiz, Don't wait any longer. This is the month Team Rolling Power moves to the next level. Get into Greenwiz now and keep yourself in a top position. Get hold of your sponsor or send in a support email and we will get you a link to join.
Everyone, Lets push hard with your advertising for the next two weeks. I want to get this roll started as much, if not more than you. With all of us working together as one, Team Rolling Power can reach this goal to roll.
Thanks everyone
Jim
TRP update
Update: Wednesday 8/6/08
Hello again team, and a warm welcome to our new members.
Just a quick reminder on the Ten Dollars Program. Remember, you must purchase or re-purchase a position every thirty days. If you forget and lose your position, you can purchase another position and your first position will become active again also. If you missed the tips on how to run this program in the updates just click here.
We are now all ready to roll into our first official program at our end. I still firmly believe that if all push our advertising we will be able to do so within the next few weeks. If you look at the "Goal To Roll" chart above you will be able to follow our progress. With the advertising getting stronger each day (as new members join), there is no reason we can't hit that Goal soon!
Let's get it done so we can show the world what the power of our team can acheive.
Jim
TRP
Update: Tuesday 7/29/08
Hello team, Rhonda here today with the update. Jim and Bron have been working really hard with very late nights on making sure everything is ready for our first official roll. We know how important these updates are to you, so he asked me to pass along a couple of things.
I know Jim wanted to roll before the end of the month, but the numbers are not yet where they need to be. Thats how close we are. The advertising and sign-ups have really picked up during the past week. Keep on pushing your sales page so we can get a firm date set. Jim has a date in mind that he feels is very do-able if the entire team is working at it.
We have also set up an ad co-op to help those members that do not have time to advertise. I will admit, I was not real excited about the money he spent, but he is determined to do whatever is necessary to help the team reach his roll date. And he is right (as always), It is time to get the show on the road. So if you need help with your advertising Click Here to check out the new TRP ad co-op.
We also wanted to mention that when you send your email with your Greenwiz link to your new members, be sure to tell them not to join cook in fun, the sister site when they log out of Greenwiz.
Jim will be sending out an email to the team a little later.
Have a good day and keep up the good work advertising.
Rhonda
